Overview

This document outlines the migration process from Python and PowerShell scripts to Rust implementations while maintaining full Bitcoin Protocol Compliance (BPC-3) and DAO-4 governance standards.

Why Migrate to Rust?

The migration to Rust offers several key benefits:
