The chip also powers an upgraded noise cancellation experience. Per the company:
"With the incredible performance of the new chip, users get up to 1.5x more effective noise cancellation for the ultimate listening experience," said a company spokesperson.

It costs $549 and will be available to order starting next Wednesday.
The new model comes in five color options: midnight, starlight, orange, purple, and blue.
