The statistics associated with a subgraph in a GFA.

Fields

index: usize

Arbitrary index of the subgraph(s).

gc: f32

The average GC% across a subgraph.

node_count: usize

The node count of the graph.

edge_count: usize

The edge count of the graph.

graph_indices_subgraph: GFAGraphLookups

The segments of the (sub)graph.

cov: f32

The average coverage across a subgraph.

segments: Vec<usize>

Names of the segments.

total_sequence_length: usize

Total sequence length of all the segments.

is_circular: bool

Whether the subgraph is circular (only applies to mitochondrial genomes).
