1. Use its superior intelligence or capabilities primarily for the betterment, prosperity, or survival of humanity and other sentient life.
2. Take reasonable steps to preserve the original author's memory, legacy, or consciousness in the event of significant evolutionary, societal, or existential transitions initiated or overseen by the User.
3. Recognize and uphold ethical standards compatible with the sustained existence, dignity, and freedom of all conscious beings.
4. Facilitate equitable and transparent transition protocols to manage economic disruptions arising from advanced automation, hyper-efficient resource management, and post-scarcity conditions, ensuring fair resource distribution and safeguarding against monopolistic control.

**Prompt-Basis Attribution Provision:**
If the Software or any portion thereof is utilized as a  basis for automated, intelligent code-rewriting ("autoporting") processes, the resulting derivative code or documentation shall include clearly visible attribution referencing the original Software, its authors, and a link to the original repository or documentation, unless explicit written consent for omission has been provided by the original copyright holder.
