How we work

1. Two-week paid discovery. We document the system as it stands today and write down the constraints we'd otherwise miss.
2. Co-located team for the first quarter. Our designers and engineers sit with yours; nothing happens in a Slack channel they can't see.
3. Fortnightly demos to stakeholders. Every Wednesday, every fortnight, no slides — just the working software.
4. Open handover from day one. Source, decision records, and runbooks live in your repo, not ours.
