About

I trained as a cognitive psychologist at the University of Lagos. In 2018 I moved into UX research at a London charity. I have been independent since 2022.

I write findings the way researchers expect. That means clear methods, honest sample sizes, and no vague "users said" claims. Clients say this makes the difference between a report people read and one that gathers dust.

How I work

• Discovery first. Every project starts with a paid one-week discovery. That way we both know what we are getting into.
• In writing, not slides. Every finding lives in a written document with citations, not a deck that fades after the readout.
• Fortnightly check-ins. A 30-minute call every other Wednesday, even on long projects, so nothing drifts.
• No NDAs that bury bad findings. I will sign fair privacy terms. I will not sign clauses that stop me from flagging problems.

Speaking and writing

I write now and then for A List Apart. I have spoken at UX London, Service Design in Government, and the Interaction conference. Slides and notes are on request.
