Deployment Direction
The IRC service is being finalized around a hands-off container model using InspIRCd as the server and The Lounge as the web client.
This keeps operations lightweight and repeatable in the central infrastructure workflow.

Current stack files live under A:\AptWeb\eopkg-webserver, including irc.docker-compose.yml and The Lounge runtime data volume.
Next milestone is publishing the production endpoint and posting final connection details here once smoke checks are complete.
